It has been beautiful fall weather giving the farmers ample time to get most of their fall harvesting done and the wheat drilled. The warm daytime temperatures should hasten the germination of the wheat and bring it up. A hard freeze last Friday morning did put a halt to most vegetation and it gets down to frost level about every night with another hard frost predicted for this (Monday) evening, but it is November.
